2. The perfect production process, especially in:

(1) Internal drying process: to ensure the inner walls free of moisture and rust.

(2) Polished inner wall : to ensure no impurities, showing a metallic sheen. More suitable for filling high-purity gases, medical oxygen and other industries.

(3) The bottom of the thickening treatment: according to relevant standards, bottom wall thickness should be no less than twice design wall thickness. The bottom thickness of our cylinder is about 13 mm, much more than twice design wall thickness, which can increase the safety factor, to ensure the safety of the cylinder, and prolong cylinder service life.

(4) Electrostatic spray: we use powder coating, non-toxic, no scratches, no falling and service life longer. Some manufacturers use paint, toxic, polluting the environment, ans also easily lead to large areas of peeling paint, affecting the appearance.

(5) External hydrostatic test measurement: test each cylinder by external hydrostatic test measurement, effectively test Ratio of permanent volumetric expansion, also with report of each cylinder, to ensure product quality.
